How To Renew Your Expired Domain Name |
||
|
If your domain
has expired and it is currently with another registrar, you won't be able
to perform a
registrar
transfer at this time.
Instead, you will have to first renew the domain name with your current
registrar and can choose to transfer the domain later to us.
If your domain has expired and has been in one of our Premium or Reseller Accounts, you can renew or reactivate your domain name from within your account. Type in your domain name to manage and you will be redirected to a page of expired domain names. Make sure your have funds added in your Reseller account, or a valid credit card on file in your Premium account. Click on the expired domain name to reactivate. If your Express Account domain has expired, you can renew the domain if it is within 30 - 45 days of your expiration / renewal date. After your expiration date has passed your domain is usually kept in our system 30 - 45 days before it is totally dropped and available for open registration. During this time frame you can reactivate your domain name at the same price. There are several simple steps to follow. 1) Please sign-up for a free Premium Account directly by clicking here. Follow the instructions - you will create a new login ID. Please email to us the login ID and the domain name that has expired. 2) You will then receive a confirmation email to the administrative contact to verify your legal ownership of the domain. You will need to reply to this email to confirm your legal ownership. Your domain will then be pushed into your new account so it can be reactivated. 3) You will then receive a final email from us that includes the steps to reactivate your domain from within your new account. Track other domains that are on hold or have just expired directly for free at http://DeletedDomains.com.
