PROBLEMS WITH LOGIN

1)  If you have an error message that says "You have tried to use an account that is unauthorized" it usually means that your session has probably timed out for security reasons.  This can happen if you have the login page open for an extended period of time.  It can also mean that your browser is retaining a previous cache memory of the login page which reflects the session time out status.

To solve this, close all browsers.  Open a new browser and type in the address http://registryLogin.com.  Next, click "View" --> "Refresh"  (or F5) to refresh the cache of the browser page.  Now try and login to manage your domain name in the User Login section.

Another reason you may have received the above error message is that you went to web site http://RegistryRocket.com which will not work.  Please always go directly to http://registryLogin.com.

2) Make sure when you type in your domain ID that it is the domain name without the "www" - example:

Domain:      mydomain.com

3) Your password is case sensitive.  Try and reenter your password with this in mind.

4)  If the browser you are using is Internet Explorer 6.0 or AOL 6.0, there may be a temporary interface conflict with high security settings.  Click on "Tools" at the top of the Browser, then click on "Internet Options".  Next click on the Privacy Tab.  Slide the bar for the security settings to low.  Save changes and then exit.  Close the browser.  Then, open a new browser and type in http://registryLogin.com.  Click on "View" and then "Refresh" (F5 in IE). Then, reenter your login information for your domain.
